By engaging our services and submitting payment, you ("Client," "Guest," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy in its entirety. This Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and BreJarv Getaways.
BreJarv Getaways operates as an independent travel agency specializing in luxury travel experiences, including but not limited to:
● Premium cruise packages
● Exclusive group tours
● Tailored vacation packages
● Luxury accommodations and resort bookings
● Airport-to-destination transport services
● Corporate retreat planning
● Family reunion and celebration travel coordination
We act as an intermediary between our Clients and third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, and ground transportation providers ("Suppliers" or "Vendors").
BreJarv Getaways accepts the following forms of payment:
● Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
● Debit cards with credit card network logos
● Bank wire transfers (for select bookings)
● Other payment methods as specified at the time of booking
All payments are processed through secure travel agent portals and third-party booking platforms. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that:
a) Payments may be processed directly by BreJarv Getaways or by our Suppliers and third-party payment processors;
b) Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the policies of our Suppliers;
c) You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution in connection with your payment;
d) All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
Certain bookings may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation. Deposit amounts and deadlines will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Failure to submit the required deposit by the specified deadline may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
Final payment is due according to the schedule provided at the time of booking, which is typically determined by our Suppliers' policies. Failure to submit final payment by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any deposits paid.
By providing your credit card or debit card information to BreJarv Getaways, you expressly authorize us to charge the designated card for:
a) All deposits, partial payments, and final payments for travel services booked;
b) Any additional fees, surcharges, or charges incurred during your travel that are billed back to the agency;
c) Any amounts owed due to cancellations, changes, or no-shows as outlined in this Policy;
d) Any outstanding balances or amounts owed to BreJarv Getaways or our Suppliers.
You represent and warrant that:
a) You are the authorized cardholder or have express permission from the authorized cardholder to use the payment card provided;
b) All information provided in connection with your payment is accurate, current, and complete;
c) You have sufficient funds or credit available to cover the total cost of your booking and any associated fees.
We reserve the right to place an authorization hold on your credit card to verify the validity of the card and the availability of funds. This hold may remain in place until final payment is processed or the reservation is cancelled.
By providing your payment information, you authorize BreJarv Getaways to retain your card details on file and to process future charges related to your booking, including but not limited to balance payments, change fees, supplier-imposed surcharges, and any amounts owed under this Policy.
You acknowledge and agree that your payment information may be shared with and processed by third-party payment processors, travel agent portals, and Suppliers as necessary to complete your booking. BreJarv Getaways is not responsible for the payment processing practices of third parties.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to BreJarv Getaways via email at [insert email address] or through our official communication channels. Cancellations are not effective until confirmed in writing by a BreJarv Getaways representative.
BreJarv Getaways charges a non-refundable service fee for the planning, coordination, and booking of your travel arrangements. This fee compensates our travel advisors for their time, expertise, and personalized service. The service fee is non-refundable regardless of cancellation, change, or refund of the underlying travel services.
Refunds for travel services are subject to the cancellation policies of our Suppliers, which vary by provider and booking type. Common Supplier cancellation terms include, but are not limited to:

Certain travel products and services are designated as non-refundable at the time of booking. These may include, but are not limited to:
● Promotional or discounted fares
● Special event bookings
● Peak season reservations
● Last-minute bookings
● Certain cruise, airline, and resort packages
Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refund under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law.
a) Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed only after BreJarv Getaways receives confirmation of refund eligibility from the applicable Supplier(s). We cannot guarantee refunds until such confirmation is received.
b) Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made at our discretion.
c) Processing Time: Refunds may take 7–90 business days to process, depending on the Supplier and your financial institution. BreJarv Getaways is not responsible for delays caused by Suppliers, payment processors, or financial institutions.
d) Refund Deductions: All approved refunds are subject to deduction of:
● BreJarv Getaways non-refundable service fees
● Supplier-imposed cancellation penalties
● Third-party processing fees
● Any amounts owed to BreJarv Getaways or our Suppliers
If you wish to cancel or change only a portion of your booking (e.g., one traveler in a group), the remaining booking may be subject to repricing, and additional fees may apply. Partial cancellations do not guarantee a proportional refund.
Failure to appear for any portion of your booked travel ("No-Show") will result in:
a) Forfeiture of the full payment for the missed service;
b) Automatic cancellation of any remaining connected services (e.g., return flights, subsequent hotel nights);
c) No refund eligibility for any unused services.
In the event of cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond the control of BreJarv Getaways or our Suppliers, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism ("Force Majeure Events"), refunds will be handled in accordance with each Supplier's policies. BreJarv Getaways is not liable for any losses, expenses, or damages arising from Force Majeure Events.
If you have a concern or dispute regarding any charge made by BreJarv Getaways, you agree to contact us directly at [insert contact information] before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Unauthorized use of a credit card or "friendly fraud" (disputing a legitimate charge) is strictly prohibited.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company or financial institution without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with BreJarv Getaways constitutes a breach of this Policy. In the event of a chargeback:
a) You remain liable for all amounts owed under this Policy, including the disputed amount, any Supplier penalties, and administrative fees;
b) BreJarv Getaways reserves the right to contest the chargeback and provide documentation to your financial institution;
c) If the chargeback is resolved in favor of BreJarv Getaways, you agree to reimburse us for any fees, costs, or expenses incurred in connection with the dispute;
d) We reserve the right to pursue collection of outstanding amounts through all available legal means.
BreJarv Getaways maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, including but not limited to:
● Use of stolen, counterfeit, or unauthorized payment cards
● Providing false or misleading personal or payment information
● Identity theft or impersonation
● Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes filed in bad faith
● Any attempt to obtain travel services through deceptive or illegal means
We employ industry-standard fraud detection measures and reserve the right to:
a) Verify the identity of the cardholder and/or traveler(s) before processing any booking;
b) Request additional documentation, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and credit card verification forms;
c) Delay or decline any transaction that we reasonably believe may be fraudulent;
d) Cancel any booking associated with suspected fraud without refund;
e) Report suspected fraud to law enforcement authorities, financial institutions, and credit reporting agencies.
If BreJarv Getaways determines, in its sole discretion, that fraud or attempted fraud has occurred, we reserve the right to:
a) Immediately cancel all associated bookings without refund;
b) Retain all payments received as liquidated damages;
c) Permanently ban the individual(s) involved from future bookings;
d) Report the matter to appropriate law enforcement agencies for criminal investigation and prosecution;
e) Pursue civil litigation to recover damages, including but not limited to the full value of the booking, investigative costs, attorney's fees, and court costs;
f) Refer the matter to collection agencies for recovery of outstanding amounts.
BreJarv Getaways expressly reserves the right to seek appropriate legal action against any individual or entity engaged in fraudulent activity. This includes, but is not limited to:
a) Filing criminal complaints with local, state, and federal law enforcement;
b) Initiating civil proceedings to recover damages and obtain injunctive relief;
c) Cooperating with law enforcement investigations and legal proceedings;
d) Pursuing all remedies available under applicable federal and state law, including the Georgia Computer Systems Protection Act (O.C.G.A. § 16-9-90 et seq.) and federal wire fraud statutes (18 U.S.C. § 1343).
You are responsible for all amounts owed to BreJarv Getaways, including but not limited to:
● Unpaid booking balances
● Cancellation penalties
● Supplier-imposed charges
● Service fees
● Chargeback-related fees
● Any other amounts due under this Policy
If you fail to pay any amount owed when due, BreJarv Getaways reserves the right to:
a) Send written notices and demands for payment;
b) Assess late fees and interest charges on outstanding balances at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law;
c) Suspend or terminate your access to our services;
d) Report delinquent accounts to credit reporting agencies;
e) Refer your account to a third-party collection agency;
f) Initiate legal proceedings to recover the outstanding
balance.
In the event that BreJarv Getaways initiates collection efforts or legal action to recover amounts owed, you agree to reimburse us for all costs and expenses incurred, including but not limited to:
● Collection agency fees
● Attorney's fees
● Court costs and filing fees
● Process server fees
● Investigative costs
● Interest and late charges
BreJarv Getaways reserves the right to set off any amounts owed to you (including refunds) against any amounts you owe to us.
BreJarv Getaways acts solely as an intermediary between Clients and Suppliers. We are not a direct provider of travel services and do not own, operate, or control any airline, cruise line, hotel, resort, or transportation company.
All travel services are provided by independent Suppliers who are solely responsible for their own acts, omissions, and policies. BreJarv Getaways is not liable for:
a) Cancellations, delays, or changes made by Suppliers;
b) Quality or safety of accommodations, transportation, or services provided by Suppliers;
c) Loss, damage, injury, or death arising from Supplier services;
d) Supplier bankruptcy, insolvency, or failure to perform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BreJarv Getaways' total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this Policy or our services shall not exceed the amount of service fees actually paid by you to BreJarv Getaways. In no event shall BreJarv Getaways be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Georgia. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.
If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
BreJarv Getaways reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically for updates.
