1. IDENTITY VERIFICATION

BreJarv Getaways reserves the right to request additional identification from the cardholder if necessary to verify authorization before processing any payment. Cardholder agrees to provide such identification upon request to prevent fraudulent transactions.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCORPORATION

All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of BreJarv Getaways' refund and cancellation policy, available at https://www.brejarv.com/terms-and-conditions. By signing this authorization, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these terms. All transactions processed under this authorization are subject to BreJarv Getaways' complete Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy as published at https://www.brejarv.com/terms-and-conditions, which are hereby incorporated by reference into this authorization. Cardholder acknowledges having reviewed and agreed to these terms prior to authorization.

3. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Certain fees, deposits, and service charges may be non-refundable as specified in our Terms and Conditions. Cardholder understands that refund eligibility is governed by the applicable cancellation and refund policies in effect at the time of booking.

4. DATA SECURITY AND HANDLING

Credit card data provided on this form is collected solely for the purposes of processing payment and will be handled in accordance with recognized data security standards. BreJarv Getaways does not retain cardholder data beyond completion of the transaction and will securely destroy or delete all sensitive credit card information once processing is complete.

5. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from, relating to, or connected with this authorization shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Grovetown, Columbia County, Georgia. Cardholder consents to the jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection to venue.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BreJarv Getaways' liability for any payment processing errors shall not exceed the amount of the erroneous charge. Cardholder agrees that BreJarv Getaways is not liable for delays in payment processing due to banking institutions, payment processors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this authorization is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This authorization, together with BreJarv Getaways' Terms and Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding credit card authorization and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
